He prepares and revises instruction manuals and warning labels for use in the U.S. market. Mr. Huang attended University of Maryland School of Law, and was a teaching assistant in the legal research and writing course. After law school, Mr. Huang entered the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Washington D.C. as a U.S. Patent Examiner.

A Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University;

A Juris Doctorate from University of West Los Angeles School of Law.

Before embarking on his legal career, Nick worked at Hughes Electronics for several years, where he directed all of their Environmental Projects. His experience in the environmental industry has given him a unique understanding of the complexities and challenges of environmental issues, which he brings to his legal practice.
